- Orders once placed on our site cannot be cancelled. If a product is not available for the day, we will cancel the order and initiate the refund process. We only accept returns if you have received a damaged or incorrect product that is delivered by our own delivery representatives. Considering the delicate and perishable nature of the items, complaints if any, will only be entertained within 30 minutes of the drop-off being made by our staff. We shall not take any liability for the manner in which the product is stored or the manner in which the product reacts to such storage after the drop off has been made. Please email us at info@themysterybox.co.in within 24 hours of receiving the damaged or incorrect product.
- Once the return request has been reviewed, we will arrange for a reverse pickup at an agreed-upon time. This will be followed by the necessary quality checks. Once the checks are completed and approved, we will initiate a refund. All refunds are intended to be processed within 7 working days by us.
